"Called to obtain auto insurance. First of all, you cannot get anyone on the phone when you call, they always have to call back. Secondly, the older woman who works in this office is rude, smug and snide. She spent majority of the conversation disclosing information about the status of my daughter's policy as opposed to initiating mine. Then it turned into a yelling match, because she was not receptive to the information being provided to her. Consequently, she tells me that she is not going to be assist me with obtaining insurance and hung-up. After she used racial epithets, coining the term "girl" as a way to address me. Not happy!"
